R&D

Dawning Motorsport owns over 100 designs to meet the fashion requirements in every market. We have in-house design team that ensures we can launch over 50 designs every year. The most advanced design software, such as AutoCAD、Pro-E、UG etc, is used in the design process. To maximize durability and optimize weight, we use the “Unigraphics” software (FEM test) for the development of all wheel constructions. This reduces testing time and ensures that dawning motorsport wheels do not add more weight to a vehicle than mandatory.

 

PRODUCTION

To ensure superior quality and delivery, the state-of-the-art furnaces, efficient casting machines, the x-ray examination, continuous heating treatment, Automatic CNC machining centers and the advanced painting line are set up in a 90,000 sqm plant. It has a capacity to produce and export over 100,000 car alloy wheels per month.

Dawning Motorsport wheel production adheres to a high level of production management of TS16949 standard. We already get the certification from the recognized testing authorities, such as VIA JWL, TUV, TSE, etc. When you buy a dawning motorsport wheel, you can have peace of mind as all of our alloy wheels are mandatory tested to VIA and JWL standards thus allowing us to offer a Lifetime Structural Warranty on all our wheels.
